This website, including its source code, design, and all associated content (the “Site”), is the proprietary property of Cade Johnson, its creator and owner. The Site is made available for use by McIntosh High School Beta Club members and students for the purpose of coordinating peer tutoring.
Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the Site — including its underlying code, features, design, and content — are owned exclusively by Cade Johnson. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership interest to any user, visitor, or organization. See the repository’s LICENSE file for the full terms governing the source code.
No copying or reproduction
You may not copy, reproduce, duplicate, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works based on the Site, in whole or in part, or use it as the basis for another website, application, or service, without prior written permission from Cade Johnson.
Permitted use
Students and Beta Club members may use the Site as intended — to request or provide peer tutoring — for personal, non-commercial purposes connected to the McIntosh Beta Club program. This permission does not extend to copying the Site itself or operating a competing or derivative service.
